Training Plans
All registrants will receive a free 30K or 50K training plan made specifically for the West Line Winder course by Coach Kaitlyn Yonke of Run Infinite.
Kaitlyn is no stranger to the ultra scene. A USATF L1 and Lydiard L2 certified coach, Kaitlyn has guided athletes to numerous ultramarathon finishes - 4x Leadville 100 finishes, road marathons, and more. She has also personally finished Leadville 100 under 25 hours twice, ran the 100 mile White Rim Road FKT, and completed numerous other ultras and 14ers.
She utilizes a holistic training philosophy, centered around teaching runners to listen to their body and not get hung up on miles run or pace.
